Belly Wisdom Services provides HypnoBirthing classes, Birth Doula services, and Reiki energy work to empower your natural birthing instinct, and help build and support a healthier outlook on your ability to give birth.

Through our private sessions you will gain a deeper awareness of what physically happens in your body and mind that helps support you through labor. You will also learn how to enhance relaxation, oxytocin production, and bonding. I take the time to understand you and your partner’s individual needs and help weave them together to support your passage into motherhood and the creation of a new family.

Your pregnancy can be one of the most profound and intuitive experiences of your life. Listening to others traumatic birth stories or your own past birth experiences can fill you with fear and self-doubt, and lead you to question your ability to cope during labor. Traditional child birth education will provide practical information however the birth process is guided by body, baby and instinct.
